The approach is spectacular to this magnificent double waterfront Lowcountry estate. Situated on the Calibogue Sound, part of the Intracostal Waterway, across the front of the property, and the back on Broad Creek includes a deep water dock. At the end of the Spanish Wells community, towering mature live oaks frame the bucolic road and lead to the Peninsula. Local architect Pearce Scott partnered with the current homeowners to create the amazing main house, guest house, and cottage in 2020. All three structures are connected by an awesome 9' high basement, and constructed with Dixiana Steel girders, engineered and installed by them.
